Mortal Kombat X Classic Fatality (Mortal Kombat X)

Hello, please tell me why Klassic Fatality 1 for Mortal Kombat X is not available in the European store on PS4. It appeared in the American store on July 8th. And when are they expected? It seems that they promised us July 9, but it's the 15th in the yard. Somebody knows?
