How to extract sound from the game? (Half Life 2)

First: All files in games distributed by Steam are stored in special encoded archives, (most of the games, there are exceptions) which can be seen in the screenshot. (extensions tmp, vpk and cache)
Secondly: Has the user forgotten how to read? Do the names of the files hl2_sound_misc, hl2_misc and hl2_pak.vpk.sound mean nothing?
I can’t advise anything on the topic (because I myself, I’m not very good at archiving this type), except to turn on the brain and load Google with a couple of requests.
PS Wouldn't it be easier to search for ALREADY unpacked sound from the game, again, on the Internet?
