Technical Issue V3 (Warhammer 40.000: Dawn of War)

W40000 soulstorm won't start. When launched, it gives an error: "The application was not launched because it is correctly configured. Reinstalling the application will help solve this problem." Reinstallation did not help, it costs win xp, 32-bit, SP3, 2Gb RAM. What to do?

version ? Maybe the old version and try to update it to the latest version of the game !!! I had this and I solved the same problem!
