DLC steam. (Mortal Kombat X)

The question is: is it possible to transfer all add-ons from a pirate to a Steam license? There add-ons for 1859 r are 2 times more expensive than I bought the game itself. Will they work at all?

The main thing is to buy the game with the Kombat Pack (there are DLS characters). All other DLCs are stupid skins. They can be opened with Unlocker.
