how to take a screenshot? (Final Fantasy 13)

I press f12 = 0 effect, I play on the pad dsh4, but in other games screenshots are taken on f12

check in the Steam settings if something went wrong, maybe you changed the controls. Restart steam and try again. I once had such nonsense in the game, everything was fixed by restarting.
