Problems with the game (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Hello! I've been playing the game for years, but this is the first time I've encountered such problems. When starting a new game, everything works correctly and without complaints, but already in Riverwood, SkyUI stops working for me, that is, when I go to the mod settings menu, the settings screen freezes and does not react to anything, there is no way to configure mods. The second problem appears a little later, the regeneration of health and stamina disappears. With the help of magic or potions, they can be restored, but there is no auto regeneration at all. I would be grateful for any help or advice.

The first thing to check is whether the version of SkyUI and SKSE is compatible. and better lay out the masterlist of installed mods. A lot of mods have been updated and I decided to probably start the game again? :)

That's not why I started a new game. Before that, I had an LB replay, everything worked, but there were a lot of crashes. Decided to switch to CBBE. Naturally, I had to reinstall the game, since it's problematic to remove LB from the game just like that. I installed the same mods as with LB, of course I already put armor and clothes under CBBE.
Version SkyUI_4_1-3863-4-1. Version skse_1_07_03. Yes, a lot of mods have been updated, of course I installed updated versions on top of the old ones
