Performance degradation on 15.7 (Batman: Arkham Knight)

After installing 15.7, even at low speeds, it started to slow down, especially on a betmobile. FPS jumps 5-50 Who's like?

And what prevents you from rolling back to 15.6, 15.5, 14.2?
In general, on the latest firewood (15.7, 15.6) I have graphic artifacts in the game. Personally, I chose for myself - 14.2.
