Crash report (Warhammer 40.000: Dawn of War)

I bought it today, it means WH 4OK: DOW, I download it, I turn it on, I adjust it for myself, and when I turn off the game, the Crash report window pops up and all the settings in the game are reset. What's the problem?

I havenâ€™t seen this.......... I know that in Stalker, when the game crashes for me, all settings are reset to STD....
