we canâ€™t play with a friend: I canâ€™t join the team in which he plays, and vice versa, he is not allowed into the team in which I play (he writes stupidly â€œyou cannot be a member of this teamâ€), well, a team with a friend we canâ€™t create a friend either - he writes the same thing to me and to him.

Everyone has such nonsense.
Perhaps he or you is in the team, you need to leave, or call any player to the team and leave it. Try it helps me.
