Help!! (Dragon Age: Origins)

Why am I not taking screenshots? I click on PrtScrn nothing comes out, I changed it to another button, everything is the same. What to do? I guess I'm the only one with this problem...

Try the Alt + PrintScreen key combination, you can also assign screenshot capture to another key

Or maybe you are looking for screenshots in the wrong place? They are supposed to go in a separate folder after "screening".
