Can't get out of Penguin's stash (Batman: Arkham Knight)

Running around the city, I went through the door, behind it was the Penguin's hiding place. There were no enemies, I can’t blow up the cache itself, I can’t even approach it (an invisible wall, two meters away). I wanted to go out, and, as it turned out, I couldn’t get out either - the door was closed. Any thoughts on what to do?
