Problems with displaying the cursor in the game (Grand Theft Auto 5)

Hello! I didn’t launch the game for about a month, and today I found myself with a huge cursor, when I hover it over a button, the button is not highlighted. Also, when flying on a military aircraft, there is no aiming cursor, I think the problem is the same. What will help me?
