Impossible to meditate!!! (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

For what day I have been trying to enter meditation, stupidly does not want to, writes "it is impossible to do this now" ...
I tried everywhere, in different cities, outside the city, in the forest, in Novigrad, Skelig, Velen, it does not work anywhere at all ...

Most likely, you are doing some kind of story quest that blocks meditation. For example, when you go with Ciri to the witches after Imlerich, you can get away from her and complete tasks, but meditation is blocked.
Alternatively, load a save before starting the story mission.
