Played this game recently. Not much different from Tropico 5. Haven't played Tropico 3. so I can't compare. I liked the game itself. Creative. Graphics are normal. Latin American music is great.

My rating: 9.5 points. (Tropico 5 really liked the eras. There are none here. Therefore, the rating is slightly lowered).
