Bug in the quest \"High stakes\" (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

After I win the tournament
Spoiler it turns out that the money was stolen.
I go up to the room above and search it.
I examine the corpse, and examine the trace.
Gerald says something was being dragged to the terrace.
The terrace is empty.

There is nothing more to see.
Nothing is highlighted in red.
You can't talk to Sakha, and you can't even leave the room.

In the walkthroughs it is written that the evidence will lead to the warehouse.

Tried loading a save before going up to the room. Did not help.

Has anyone experienced this?
