Texture issue (Might and Magic: Heroes 6)

Here's the problem, maybe someone came across and knows how to solve it?

Same problem. I updated the video drivers, installed the latest Net.Framework.
System : Windows 7 SP1 x64 6.1 (Build 7601), NVIDIA GeForce GTX 690 (driver 320.49 - latest), i7-3930K, 32Gb memory, Net.Framework 4.5

It all depends on the version of the game. Find a torrent with a volume of 7.07GB (a license from Buka with a tablet), there should be only 4 files - everything works.
