Achievements not showing on Steam

The bottom line is that some games do not display closed achievements, for example, Wolfenstein The New Order. Here's a screenshot:

As you can see, all already completed achievements are displayed correctly, but those that have not been completed are not. They simply do not exist, and this is not the case for all games, for example, in Call of Juarez everything is fine in this
