Mouse control (Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas)

When I lower the mouse in the game, it goes up, and when I raise it, it goes down in the game. It seems that I changed the settings, but something might not be right. Help!

It's kind of called "mouse inversion".
Look in the settings.
