The people reinstalled Windows, but did not touch the D drive, because before reinstalling I threw everything I needed there! But as I reinstalled, there are no these materials. And most files.

Should have done like me. Disconnect all drives when installing Windows.

Most likely the files were not downloaded there when the computer was cut down. I somehow lost 40 gigs of music in such a way.
