Bug in the sky+ (Batman: Arkham Knight)

actually the point is that having reached the first meeting with the cat, you need to break all the robots, talk to the cat and exit. The problem is that after the battle, the grate in the building does not rise, the dialogue does not take place with the cat and it is impossible to exit. Maybe someone had this?
