Achievement and Romance (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)
1) Does the decision you make in a conversation with Keira Metz (sex, rejection) affect the development of the main plot of The Witcher 3? Ie love with Triss or Yen.2) Will I get an achievement for completing The Witcher at the maximum difficulty level if I started with the penultimate one, and then changed it to the maximum one?

2) no, you won't get it. It seems that in order to get an achievement, you generally need not change the difficulty level.
