Can't connect to game=( (NBA 2K15)

Help me with advice, I canâ€™t figure it out. I took down Windows, downloaded Steam again and installed NBA2k15, but now it just doesnâ€™t connect to it, writes that (unknown error). I went to Steam support, did as it says there, but it didnâ€™t help. Maybe someone it was like that, tell me pliz.
