Poor performance RX 560

RX 560 will not pull Overwatch, Doom, even CS:GO in 60fps. On GTX 630 and much better fps. It was launched P. T. and it was stable 60 fps, when on the 630 could not, and 30 fps issue. What to do? Percent Gold g5400 is Intel, 8GB operatives.
