Statistics bug (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

A strange bug: the power of signs appeared for 900% and 35 thousand hp I play at the last level of difficulty without cheats, trainers, consoles and other things .... I swing on 2 branches of magic and alchemy. The game is Gog license. The last patch is installed. How to get rid of this ?I'm no longer a witcher, I'm a liquid metal terminator....
upd: there are suspicions of a perk from the alchemy "Synergy"
upd: when using a doormite bomb and the synergy perk, the whole "witcher's power" grows wildly

before you slander, try it yourself .... put the Synergy perk and throw doormite bombs under your feet .. what's the point of playing the game on the last difficulty with cheats? It's not fun!
