How to change a powerful move? (Battle Chasers: Nightwar)

I upgraded to level 10 and no matter how I clicked the tabs in the interface, in battle, I still canâ€™t use it. In combat, it is simply highlighted in gray (that is, I cannot use it). Help me please.

I could be wrong, but you can't use the move until it's shown in the story.
If you have already shown, then there is a vertical scale near the HP / MP scale, in order to perform the reception, you need to completely fill this scale (damage / heal / incoming damage).
