won't run on win 10 (Dragon Age: Inquisition)

There was a topic like this before, so forgive me for the next appeal of stupid me to you.
Good afternoon. I already had an inquisition on this laptop (xatab repack), but I deleted it and decided to download it again here (still the same repack, sort of like). And just like that, yes, the game does not start, not in compatibility, or how. According to many recommendations, almost everything that was possible was done (clean system, reinstalling components from the site, double-checked the drivers on the video card three times), but to no avail. I remember that when I installed the game for the first time, I found some way (it seems there was a patch, but this is not accurate, but something I found in the topic seems to have the same problems with some of the parts of fifa) to run it with all this, but now I have no idea how to solve the problem.
