Trouble earning rewards in the "Recognition" menu (Forza Horizon 5)

Who had the problem that you can’t pick up cars and items of clothing in rewards? You pick it up, the game hangs and after half a minute it throws it to the desktop without errors.
The funny thing is that this is not the case with all cars. Some get picked up, some don't.
I wrote in support of Forza, but obviously the same people are sitting there as in Rostelecom of the "reinstall Windows and reboot the router" level.
Maybe someone met and was able to solve this problem.
