Connection problem on PS 5 (Grand Theft Auto 5)

When starting GTA Online on PS 5, it says that the servers are down, then it says that there is an attempt to connect to the servers, and again this error. The Social Club says that there is no Internet connection, if you click on R1 and go to the plot tab and press X to go to the purchase page, it says that due to the fact that there is no Internet, it is impossible to load the page in the PS Store, I did not find any solution, I tried to update the licenses, but it does not help. Who faced? How to fix? If I'm not from Russia, everything should work for me.
