A crash during a disclaimer (Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag)

I decided then to beat AC4:BF (just say the pirates) faced the same problem, the game crashes on the disclaimer, all antivirus disabled, tried 2 different Repack(albeit with one pill but as I understand it on the current version no one except crack 3dm did for it is simply not found on other 1.0.7), tried to set compatibility with win7(I have 10) have not helped. If who faced prompt as to cope with the problem?

How to remove the logo designers and the disclaimer at the beginning of the game?
Single player: Remove (move to another folder) files abstergo_logo.bik, ac4bf_logo.bik, TWIMTBP.bik, ubi_logo.bik and EN/warning_disclaimer.bik from the folder Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag Eng/videos
Multiplayer: Remove (move to another folder) files abstergo_logo.bik, ac4bf_logo.bik, TWIMTBP.bik, ubi_logo.bik and EN/warning_disclaimer.bik from the folder Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag Rus/multi/videos
