Gamepad game. Best settings (Pure)
I have a LOGITECH Rumblepad 2http://market.yandex.ru/model.xml?hid=91117&modelid=1627030&clid=502
Help me set it up, otherwise I don’t even have time to complete the first task.
Please follow the forum rules.
I propose the following layout:
gas - shift lower, right
brake - shift upper right
turn left, right, tilt forward, backward - on the arrows (it is very convenient to load before jumping)
additional slopes - right stick
camera - left stick
tricks - on the
tweak trick buttons - top left shift
acceleration - bottom left shift
Forget about control! From the game you get only pleasure!
Well, I'm playing on a DVTech Macro Vibration Joystick JS22 (same DualShock, only on PC) with this configuration:
Throttle - left analog stick, vertical axis
Brake/Reverse - left analog stick, vertical axis
Rotate Left - right analog stick, horizontal axis
Pan Right - right analog stick, horizontal axis
Tilt Forward - right analog stick, vertical axis
Tilt Back - right analog stick, vertical axis
Easy Trick - L1 Button
Advanced Trick - L2 Button
Master Trick - R2 Button
Fine Trick - R1 Button
Boost - L3 button (left stick)
Preload - R3 button (right stick)
Camera - D-pad
Free review - SELECT button
PS: in my opinion this is the most convenient layout (to be honest, I myself have not quite got used to it yet)

At the beginning I didn't know that Xinput joysticks are not supported in the game, but when I tried to play it on the Xbox One S gamepad, I was pleased that it supports these joysticks. Everything is set up, you can even manage it in the menu. But there are two drawbacks:
1) The menu during the game is called not by the Menu (Start) button, as in the Xbox 360 version, but by the View (Back) button. This problem can be fixed using the XinputPlus wrapper (you only need to assign the START button to the BACK button, and set the assignment of the BACK button itself to none).
2) Although the PC version of the game supports Xinput gamepads, the Xbox gamepad button icons are missing.

Hello
There is a small problem here, he wrote his message in 2015..and now it's 2022. That is 7 years ago.
