Didn't get the achievement on Steam (Elden Ring)

Played offline when there were problems with the servers. Killed the boss and didn't get the achievement. I think, as I go online, it will come. No, it didn't. Of course, I'm not a wanker of achievements, but with such a game it's nice to look at success.
Maybe someone came across and knows the solution?

Achievements are not given for underbosses.

That's how it was for me in Cyberpunk. Passed the whole game 100+ hours, and only 5 played on Steam and received the first achievement. In Remnant from the Ashes, after the update, all achievements were unlocked.
