Optimization (Elex 2)

Does everyone have 60% vidyuha loaded or is it just me? Changed the graphics settings, nothing changes at all !!! fps 40, but microfreezes are everywhere, the game twitches all the time, which makes my eyes hurt. Also, the fov is not tuned, too close for me.
If anyone finds a solution to the problem with vidyuhi, please write here. Thanks in advance!

I don’t understand the question of how to turn off the shadows. I know how to magnify in the incentive there is an example.

checked v3 with shadows, but as it turned out, yes, 33 fps, but it feels like everything is 60, but there is a minus draw distance as in Morrowind. Drawing and then it’s like fog and you can see the beginning of the texture-fog break. It’s not that.
V2 FPS Boost came out perfectly. -40fps in open and 30-33 in cities. Playable.
The fog is render-bound.
If you put this v2 boost mod and then separately turn off the fog to add 5fps, the v3 version comes out with a wild reduction in rendering, but the fps increases.

At the exit, the game had wildly poor optimization, the picture was basically pretty, but there are no special differences from the first part, the engine at the heart of the game is most likely the same, because it is 10-12 years behind life, the animation is clumsy and to see this in In 2022, it’s at least strange, because the game still worked with everything through one place, but it wasn’t even a year later that the developers decided to attach dx12 to the game, this is perhaps one of the few cases when there really is some sense in switching to a new one api, and it was the optimization for the processor that grew, if in dx11 I had a maximum of 40fps and starters, then in dx12 my percent began to give out 90+ fps, although the frametime line is not ideal, but there are no noticeable friezes and starters and there is quite a smooth gameplay. The game itself, of course, is extremely amateurish, it doesn’t even save the fact that they screwed the Russian voice acting,
