Help mods are not added (People Playground)

In short, I downloaded People from the first site and installed mods on the same site, then what I downloaded, I throw in the file locations in People in the mods (Mods) folder, so I start People and as if I didnâ€™t add mods, then in the folder I rebooted and reloaded maybe due to the fact that I have Windows 7, maybe I didnâ€™t download it there, maybe I installed it incorrectly, I donâ€™t know (I downloaded it with the MediaGet installer without buying)

Did you add mods in the form of "ZIP" or "File"?
If in the form of Zip, then you need to unpack them.
