Far Cry 4 reinstall history (Far Cry 4)

System: CPU - Intel Core i7 2600K (3.4 GHz. 4 cores 8 threads). RAM=16 GB. GPU - GTX 980 Ti (DRAM=6 GB).
The computer has 5 independent systems (switched by power supply) with Win.7 x64. Each system has SSD and HDD drives. Monitors connected: Primary at 1920x1080 and Secondary at 1280x1024.
1. For many years since 2014, I have been playing the game and its mod-cards. After playing with another mod card on 02/19/2021, the game started crashing with the error "Display driver stopped responding and was successfully restored". I removed the buggy mod-map and the game worked fine, but Windows turned out to be damaged (the Windows Event Log and the Windows Event Log Service did not start). I restored the system and in the Problem Log by date I made sure that the failure was due to the mod card. Then he played normally.
2. On January 4, 2022, Windows was damaged by another mod-card. Failed to restore. Reinstalled Windows. Many games did not work on this system, they needed to be reinstalled, removed them, leaving only the best ones. Far Cry 4 won't launch either. Installed from the Distribution (v.1.4 - RLD), the game does not start. I identified and installed the missing .dll files, but the final error was 0xc000007b due to FC64.dll, I tried all versions of FC64.dll, and also changed to a crack from ALI213, but to no avail.
3. Installed Fal Cry 4 from Distribution (v.1.4 - RLD) on another independent system (no games), where Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1 and Vredist are installed from 2005 to 2015. Installed missing .dll files, but end error 0xc000007b due to FC64.dll . Uninstalled the game, cleaned the registry.
4. Installed Fal Cry 4 from Distribution (v.1.10 - RLD) on another independent system (no games), where Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1 and Vredist are installed from 2005 to 2015. Installed missing .dll files, but end error 0xc000007b due to FC64.dll .
What's next. How to start this damn game?

Error logs almost never indicate the cause of the failure - only the element on which the failure occurred. Trouble looks like pure iron.

Well, yes. Error 0xc000007b only says that a lack of some kind of .dll is more likely.
But when I installed all the necessary .dlls (according to the "depends x64" program), only FC64.dll remained red. I downloaded 7 variants of FC64.dll from the Internet, tried everything and everything is useless. The funny thing is that the hardware of the computer has not changed, Windows from the same DVD, distributions are the same, and the game worked before. It is not clear what could have changed.

yes, a lot of things .... from personal experience, I would assume broken clusters on the disk

I have a new, clean SSD.
After installing the game from the distribution, I found a Trojan virus in the steam_api.dll file. I
looked in my archive when I also tried v.1.4 and v.1.10 in October 2020. There was also this virus. Then I had NET Framework 4.6.1 and Vredist from 2005 to 2017 (sharpened under Win.10), and these games also did not start. But when I removed unnecessary Windows updates and Vredist 2017, the game v.1.10 started, but the saves did not work. Deleted the game. In general, this Far Cry 4 is a complete cant with golovniks.

I tried to run Far Cry 2 on Win.7 x64. it is also created on the Unreal Engine. Previously, before reinstalling Windows, it worked even when moving the game folder from one system to another.
On SSD system (SP1 - .Net Framework 4.5.1 and Vredist 2005-2015) does not start, error 0xc000007b
On SSD->HDD system (Net Framework 4.0 and Vredist 2005-2013) does not start, error 0xc000007b
On Windows XP - starts without problems.
On the Internet, people also write about problems with launching Ubisoft games on the Unreal Engine.
