How to install mmod on cinematic mod? (Half Life 2)

vanilla xl2, install cinematic mod, install mmod (variation for cinematic) - everything seems to be working, but some textures are buggy...

try to pull the textures from the CM archive into the parent folder of the mod if they are missing, download and put them there, I had the same thing, the textures were missing and the models were launched
