Turned on the east power switch before the battle for Hoover Dam. (Fallout: New Vegas)

I turned on this switch before the "All or Nothing" quest, and now I'm standing at this switch, it's on, and the quest thinks it's off. I tried the setstage cheat, it does not help, there is no saving with the knife switch turned off. What should I do?

Try the deactivate cheat on it
. Come on, open the console and click on it, then type deactivate
. You can also try a non-official patch. There are a lot of similar bugs in the game, where the developers simply forgot to add any condition for the quest.
