I see him in one of the parts of the ruins of the foggy forest and he does not react to the snap of his fingers. Nothing like that, I brought down a sleeping bear, then called Blyde at the snap of his fingers and he communicated with me without problems-) Then he called him to the Bloodhound mini boss-)) Most likely the dude has either a bug or some other sins, but obviously not for sleeping bear-))
