Interesting find. (People Playground)

Today, as always, I went to my favorite game. Started beating dolls, etc. When I started to beat the doll with a bat, I noticed some flickering. During the impact, I paused the game when I zoomed in, I saw this: (screenshot attached)
I want to know if this is just some kind of bug or another lore? Just knowing how many Easter eggs in this game, I won’t be surprised at anything.
