How to call Morgan? (Red Dead Redemption 2)

Received during training, a horse named Morgan, but when a horse call to spawn a dead horse. Using the player's menu in the section of the horse found Morgan but it burns gray and nothing can be done. How can I change that? I'm just a beginner, the first time I went.
