windows 7 slow video

After installing windows 7, the video slows down, with and without any codecs, I tried 5 different video players, 4 versions of drivers, also firewood that Windows sets by default - effect 0 ... the video slows down even on the video settings tab in CCC ...

. The problem occurs due to the motherboard (ASUS P5VD2-MX). To fix the problem, you need to go to the Setup BIOS, on the [Power]> [APM Configuration] tab, set the value of the [HPET Support] parameter to [Disabled].
After these actions, the system flies.
