Who found magic to enchant weapons with fire? (Elden Ring)

Actually, I can already impose all the elements on weapons, but I still havenâ€™t found fire. Maybe I missed where ... Who knows where to get it?

So it is not present (xz why). There is a Bloodflame Blade curve that gives 0.2 fire multiplier and 60s blood (but why is it all in a pile instead of pure fire/pure blood?). Well, Black Flame Blade 0.65 multiplier (for 6 seconds lol).
