Empty Character Weight (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

I threw everything out of the inventory (except for quest items)
And the weight is 80. I threw out quest items with the console - the result is the same ...

I remember a couple of years ago there was the same crap and somehow cured it.
But I can't remember where I found the solution.
All shoveled. Everywhere there is only a console command for the maximum carryable weight, and I just need to put these 80 units of weight somewhere ...
