Plant textures twitching (Horizon: Zero Dawn)

I do not know what to do. I have an rx 5700 xt card, the latest driver, stable 60 fps at maximum settings with vertical enabled. But just a fierce game with vegetation textures in the middle distance. They twitch like crazy, as if under a hurricane. All kinds of bushes, ivy on stones and trees, moss on fallen trunks.
Textures do not lather, but it is twitching in all directions.
I already searched on Google, but there is nothing about this.
