After half a minute in games, the FPS drops a lot, what is the reason?

Asus laptop (I've been using it for about 2 years), Windows 10 Pro, GTX1050 video card, AMD Ryzen 5 2500 processor, 8GB RAM.

It happens like this - I load a save, the first 30-40 seconds everything is OK, it gives out 50-60 fps, which are directly felt at the same time. But after the time indicated above, the FPS strongly sags somewhere up to 20-30. Tested on Dark Souls 3, Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen, Code Vein, God Eater 3. What could be the reason and how to fix it? The problem appeared about six months ago, before that there was no such thing, although I didn’t seem to touch anything.

PS Sorry if I created the topic in the wrong place.

Processor trolling, that is, overheating, needs to be serviced
