a bug in the head with a helicopter! (Resident Evil 4)

flies out in the chapter where the helicopter covers you, immediately after entering the next location.
there is a solution ?

you play with HD mod? If yes, then try to turn off the high resolution textures in the settings, go through this place and turn it back on.
