Duplicating Weapons (Elden Ring)

After defeating JUNO HOSLOW, I was given a whip and I can only equip it with one hand or hold it with both. At the same time, he used two whips at once.
Is it possible to duplicate this or other items? Does the game allow it? And is it possible to somehow give yourself any items?
