FPS 35 on ultra and minimum (Fallout 4)

Hi all. The problem with fps, regardless of the graphics settings, fps jumps from 40 (indoors) to 35 in open space. Hardware laptop MSI GF75 10UC-048XRU (Intel Core i5 10500H/17.3"/1920x1080/8GB/512GB SSD/DVD no/NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 4GB/DOS). Please help

You just have a 36 fps lock, that's the reason for all this! and yet, why do you have only 4 instead of 6 cores?

Try it! turn off vertical sync, and turn off fps caps.

A) dig into the NVIDIA control panel
B) Tweak the INI files of the game. F4 Configuration Tool to help you

Open the Fallout4Prefs file using WordPad or Notepad
Open the file, look for the line "iPresentInterval=1" and replace it with "iPresentInterval=0". That's it, the FPS lock in Fallout 4 has been removed. Save the file, start the game.
