Optical masking not working (Cyberpunk 2077)

Good day! Faced such a problem.
I installed an implant "optical disguise", type "rare", this is the one that gives the effect of invisibility for 10 seconds and it does not fulfill its function at all. Enemies notice me when the implant is active, although the character's body becomes transparent.
In the previous passage, I drove with the legendary version and there were no problems of this kind, it was fully functional
