MenyooPC cheat mod (Grand Theft Auto 5)

There is often a problem trying to change the time on the Time Options and it is not replaced. Sync with system time is off, and the rest too. Help pls
My mods: RealVision, ScripthookV latest version ScripthookVDotNet3. Already tried to reset, did not help.
