PS5 Multiplayer (Elden Ring)

My brother and I are trying to play, nothing happens. Then I draw a call with my finger, he uses this medallion to see it, (the passwords for network and groups are the same for us)
Or we change, but neither he nor I see this call. They did it before the first boss, it's like entering a bonfire through the castle gates. Everything is on in network settings. Until now, we couldn’t play with him over the network, some kind of stupid implementation
